YOUVE GOT A FRIEND

Little R got new buddies, actually mama is so happy that finally find a baby play date. Meet our new friends from left to right, Enzo, little R, Aqilla, and Xander. They are about the same age. Little R is the smallest one. We lived nearby the city center except Xander so we easily meet up in weekday. Such as today, mama Enzo had a brilliant idea to participate local baby picture contest. The winner will win 1000 pound for shoppings sake. We did not really hope to be the winner, we were just here for fun. Well today was fun and we all had to be back home, papa is waiting for food.

HE IS JUST LOVE THIS SPOT

There are favorite spots for every kid in the library. For my little one is here right next to the beads table. He did not interested at all to those books. Everytime I put him down to the floor, he crawled straight to that spot. Stood up still and observed other kid. It was so adorable. Hopefully he will love books too later on. By the way I would like to make it as a habit oing to library here in Aberdeen, since I would not find out something like this back home in Jakarta. We tried to come here every tuesday, once a week unless there is a bookbug session. It is also a good excuse to mommy not to go to shopping store every day. Toodle loo Kangaroo!

AND THE AWARD GOES TO RED VELVET CAKE

Last Sunday, we got an invitation for lunch and mama said Yippiie! No need to cook. Mba Nunung and Mas Bubung invited us to come to their house in Kingswell. I wanted to make a cake for dessert but couldnot decided between carrot nor red velvet cake. It seems that red velvet cake is not really popular here compare to Jakarta. I bought Betty Crocker mixed fluor for both cake as well as the cheese frosting. I was so excited to have all these Betty Crocker cake here and really wanted to try it all. 

In Sunday morning, after debating with husband, finally we made up our mind. Red Velvet was the winner, it wasnot winner actually, husband wanted to keep the carrot cake for himself that was why he offered to bake the other. It was easy, just add water, veg oil, and eggs and baked about 30 minutes. The cream cheese frosting also tested so good with the cake. I added some strawberies to make the cake looked pretty. Everyone loved it. And guess what, I got an order for Lunar upcoming birthday because she just loved the cake so much.

PS: Next time I will try to bake from scratch, promise!

MINI COOKIES CUPCAKE

Bought this mini cookies cupcake today. I just could not resist not to taste it. It sold by Millies cookies that was why it cookies cupcake. It was just perfect for cup of tea companion. See this is England or Scotland where you are always have time for cup of tea.
