WEE BITES : First attempt making buttercream rose

I have to admit it is not as easy as it like in youtube! I need a lot of practice how to make the buttercream with a perfect texture. It is fluffy and white, but it is too soft that it melt when I make the petal.

Buttercream recipe
250 gr of unsalted French brand butter
375 gr of icing sugar
1 Tbsp of milk
1 Tbsp of vanilla extract 

Step by step
1. The butter has to be soft enough at room temperature. Beat the butter until it fluffy and loose its colour about 3-5 minutes with high speed.
2. Put half amount of the icing sugar. Beat slowly and gradually increase the speed until they are perfectly combined. Do the rest with the same procedure.
3. Add milk and vanilla extract.
